I called to see if my daughter could get help because our orthodontist recently just up and closed their business. Surprise to us. She is in the middle of treatment and just need someone to take over her care. I was told that Legendary Smiles "don't take transfers".  My daughter has a mouth full of metal and no one to help her with it! To not even be considered given the circumstances out of our control was incredibly frustrating. I understand that orthodontists don't like to "steal" each other's patients but this should have been dealt with rationally. She doesn't have an orthodontist so who would there be to "transfer" from? Disappointed in Legendary Smiles who come so well reviewed. After this experience, I would not give them my money. They need to consider the patient, not their allegiance to the code to orthodontists in this area.

I looked at them right after they took off my brackets and I loved them and then they filed my teeth without asking me first now I dont like how they look.

Fast and friendly staff. Multiple locations make it very convenient.
