We have been training here as a family for a little over a year now and it is amazing. The owner and his staff are wonderful! Excellent programs for kids and adults! Very family friendly atmosphere, and extremely welcoming!

First started going due to my son being bullied. Then after watching him I decided I wanted to join. It has been the greatest decision weve ever made. It has changed my son for the better and now I have a family there. Professor is extremely professional and cares deeply for our safety and well being. Highly highly recommend. You will enter a stranger and leave as family.

I have been training at this gym for six months now. I was super nervous to start but this gym accepted me as family. I wanted to wait to write this review because I wanted to make sure there was consistency. It's been 6 months and I'm having more fun than ever. I really like the self-defense aspect and lack of egos in the gym. Alex and all the coaches are amazing, they listen to the students and are very patient. I highly recommend this gym!
