I came in with a thoughtful Product List for a sub $150 project and they were very professional and efficient despite the small size. Getting to watch my pieces retrieved and bundled was also a highlight.

Went in to check the status of an order in will call, the women behind the counter were so rude and unpleasant. I will never go back for that reason. Ladies if you hate your job that much, quit!! I am not the only person that has encountered the nonsense at this location. I was warned before I went in.

In line with the rest of the reviews: Absolute horrible customer service. Walked in the purchase some siding. Very rude from the start. Some lady on a personal call on speaker phone at the desk and would not move until told to do so. In order to purchase anything some man behind the curtain had to give permission. When he wouldn't sell me the entire order yet said they would when I called in advance I had to walk out. Good thing I did since their prices were horribly inflated.
