    Ive waited almost a year to write this because I am just so disappointed in using WE kitchens. Everything from the design process to the install was a mess. We ordered shaker style cabinets but on the day of the install they installed flat panel. The design consultant Kathy refused to tell us that our drawer fronts were too small for shaker style. It looked horrible with everything else being shaker style. We did two tone with white on top and wood on the bottom. The wood was all different shades of stain. We complained and the owners attempted to make it right by having the installers come back and make all the drawer fronts shaker style and re do the stain however the installers only did half of the new stain and didnt want to come back again so told us that they would leave the extra fronts for us to do ourselves if we really wanted it changed out. Well since then there are nail ends coming out of the drawer fronts in many places which are visible and almost all of the cabinet doors are coming out of their hinges. During the design process they forgot to mention that we would need certain things that had to be rush ordered during install because they were never ordered in the first place. It hasnt even been a year so Im debating having them come back and fix the nail holes since it was an issue getting everything in the first place. The staff was down right rude and yelled at me on the phone in front of everyone there saying they were not going to fix a thing. Thankfully the owners attempted to make it right but the issues were so compounded from the beginning and the horrendous install process I cannot leave more than a single star review. Please go anywhere else. The owners need to hire all new staff and all new installers if they ever want their business to do well.

    I stopped in to inquire about a cabinet modification. While the receptionist was pleasant, Kathy was very rude when I spoke to her. I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere, unless you enjoy poor customer service.

    One of the very worst business experiences of my lifetime. I unfortunately was turned over to Christina Garcia as my sales associate. She is ignorant of her job, unprofessional, lacks the adult capacity to accept responsibility for her actions and, more importantly, her inactions...she is in a constant state of denial about, and tries constantly to shift responsibility for, her lack of knowledge in her area, constantly blaming it on other factors. There were perhaps a half dozen faux pas committed by her during my dealings with wekitchens. A few were handled appropriately, but those were ones that cost me no extra money, just inconvenience. When it came to the error of omission that is going to eventually cost me several hundred dollars to rectify, communicating with her has been less successful than communicating with a rock. If you do happen to do business with wekitchens, avoid dealing with Christina Garcia!!! My response to the owner's reply to my evaluation: first Christina, and now you, keep harkening back to "we don't sell the appliances" and we rely on the "appliance pros"... well, you DO sell the cabinets!!!!! YOU are SUPPOSEDLY the "CABINET PROS". If you are indeed "cabinet pros", you will KNOW the differing impact upon appliances (I am certain most (all?) cabinet installs will eventually have appliances installed) that will result from a client purchasing a 14" deep cabinet vs a 12" deep cabinet from you. This is every bit as much a cabinet issue as it is an appliance issue. I should have been informed that the 14" deep upper cabinets that I ordered through Christina would, or even could, create a problem. This is knowledge that an actual CABINET PROFESSIONAL would have, and would have shared with me during the ordering process. To not have this knowledge, or to have it and not share it with a client, is TOTALLY UNFORGIVABLE!!!!!!!!! This error is going to cost me several hundred dollars to have my microwave oven uninstalled and then properly reinstalled. To say I am livid is a gross understatement, and the denials of any responsibility for not knowing, and/or not communicating, the potential "side effects" of the cabinetry I purchased from you, is as UNPROFESSIONAL as is imaginable Service: Custom cabinet design & installation
