        Great gym to practice in! Unfortunately if you have not started with them since 6 or seven years old you will not get to compete on teams. Overall a great place to practice on everything other than bars and beam. Team only

        The Heroes program at this gym is amazing for preschool aged boys. It was the perfect "launching pad" so to speak for my son to branch out and gain confidence to try other sports. Coach Gio, in particular, is an outstanding first coach for any young kiddo. He's encouraging, fun, and demands respect and age appropriate behavior using a warm demander approach which was very appreciated. My son grew athletically in this program, but also learned how to respect and obey a coach in a competitive environment. He also had a blast at every class and never once complained about attending. We're grateful he had this experience!
