If you like subpar work at a premium price look no further. Great at being late, messy finish work, with superb lack of care. 10/10 on being overrated. If the owner could try and take advantage of you more I'm sure he'd try.

Great value for money, the work was done really well. I can't tell where the work starts and stops it fits in that well. Tom and Kyle were really professional, they were here over the weekend and no impact to the family at all and the dogs loved checking in on the work. Did kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, removing a strange interior window, redid failing pads for AC units, poured a concrete pad for hot tub, and converted a window to a sliding glass door. We've been really happy with them. Jay typically scopes the projects - he's very responsive and honest about timelines and scheduling, a good leader. The guys doing the work are unfailingly professional, timely, friendly, and courteous in terms of doing what they could to mitigate the impact of the work on our daily lives, just little things like keeping a clean worksite. Pricing has always been fair and in-line or a bit lower than our expectations. We've used them for multiple projects. Jay is an interesting person - a former professional motorsports athlete. A lot of their subs come from that world, and I've found that just having that experience of doing something demanding at a high level seems to translate to their work ethic and professionalism in this other very different field. They'll be our first choice for our next project, however far down the line that is. Hired Prestige to replace a deteriorating sidewalk with composite decking. They did great work. Professional job.

I just had Jay and Prestige Construction replace an existing, large, upper story deck that was nearly falling down. They did the work from complete demo to complete build-out. They did a fantastic job! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional job done right and on schedule for a fair price. Service: Patio decks
