        Except for the nice lady in the office, I found only dishonesty here by sales,warehouse,dispatch staff. I visited the warehouse in an attempt to order a specific engine oil product. The young man I spoke with assured me that the product was available by next stock order, if I would only check back with him in two or three weeks. This I did, several times over four weeks, finally learning from the dispatcher that "we can't order conventional oil anymore". Thanks for misleading.
