Horrible experience so far. Was not told my items would be on back order when checking out. Got an email only 10 min later that my order is partial on back order. Impossible to get a hold of anyone.

I purchased children's chiavari chairs; however, some arrived with damages, the company sent out replacements. I am very happy with their customer service and will be ordering from this company again.

I give CTC Event Furniture 4 stars. EXCELLENT prices! EXCELLENT Customer service! EXCELLENT quality! I bought two bar high height folding tables. The only reason I shortened them a star was the delay in delivery date due to the items being in back order and upon ordering I was not told. When one item came damaged, it was replaced without hesitation. Thanks. Very pleased with my purchase.

Great experience with the sales people and shipping was quick and on time. I ordered two sample chairs, when they arrived they had damages and looked as if they had 4 stickers on the seats and were ripped off before shipping exposing the white underneath. They also had other damages. I was told it was a mistake at the warehouse. I am in talks with the department to fix this. I then ordered 80 chairs for my Caf and Event space, they came and more than 20 had the same marks on the seat. I left a message today (3-25-21) and hoping they will rectify the damaged chairs. The chairs are beautiful and I am glad I purchased them. I just hope that the company fixes the issues I am having.
