Amy came through on a same-day delivery when another store couldnt and she did an amazing job! Her heart was in it and you could tell and Im so grateful for her on this day of remembering my mother-in-laws birthday. I will definitely order from her in the future.

Picked a real nice Christmas bouquet for my mom. It was delivered within the time frame and definitely close to the product photo. My mom loved them, thank you!

One of the worst florist!! I placed an order a week prior to the delivery date. They called the recipient instead of myself (What is the point of making an account online with MY contact information)??? Now the surprise was ruined and not only that, I had ordered the Rose Gold flowers and got hot pink and white flowers delivered!!?!?! NEVER again will I order from this place. The young man whom I spoke with on the phone was very kind and it was not his fault however the woman who was sitting next to him telling him what to say was unprofessional and such an uncaring attitude. She was telling him to tell me that I did not state anywhere that flowers were a surprise.....do you tell everyone you send flowers to that you are sending them, because I always send them as a surprise....that is the whole point...................

Customer service is extremely poor. I called to ask about options and the person was rude, unhelpful and could have cared less about obtaining my business.
