        I work for a small auto repair shop and a rep from this company came and offered services. The pitch sounded good back in March, but as of today we just got pricing and I put in an order... and haven't heard anything. They left us hanging. Don't pitch to small businesses if your too busy.

        Went from buying our oil to charging us 4 times what we did before. We decided to stay only to have out pricing changed 4 times all without prior notice. Who does that? Also, 3 different account managers in a year and you are also thermofluids? We don' want to do business with a company like this. Fishy.
