I had a really bad experience at the pharmacy, they had all the wrong information input on my profile and didnt bother helping me or even recommending me to call a number to get it fixed. Also didnt even bother recommending me an over the counter medicine. Just because a customer doesnt have a prescription on file doesnt mean you have to be rude and unhelpful. I do not recommend this CVS, literally the worst.

I have been coming to cvs for years now. I have never had such a bad experience as i have had with this location. Three different times I called before taking the bus In heart failure during covid-19 to make sure my prescription was ready. All three times I was told by a staff member it was there. I wasted two trips to pick it up because the pharmacist decided to cancel my prescription resulting in me having to call my Dr and have him redo everything and going two days without my important script. Finally the third time I received it. This location is horrible.

In addition to all the charming qualities like rude service, insurance screw ups, failures to get orders ready, an automated service that works, 1hr + wait times because staff may choose to engage in personal conversations, etc., anyone at risk for COVID should know that they do NOT disinfect between customers and some of their pharmacy techs don't wear their masks and will leave them hanging off their ear---including while using computer systems at the front and the phone's store intercom.

Not often do I need a pharmacy technician but when I get customer service, I hope it is always as pleasant as it is with " Dianne " in CVS on Oddie Blvd. Sparks Nevada. She is super helpful and always kind. She keeps the flow of things going smoothly for all. Thanks CVS for having Diane available for me and others too.

The pharmacy is so rude the store is no help and they need a lesson on what Customer Service is. This place need to be closed or get it together
