I had an excellent experience today. Hats off to Elizabeth at the front desk. I had problems setting up the patient portal. She was very helpful. She was the best experience I've had have with a medical front office in years. She saw to it that I had everything setup. She called me back like she said she would and that is so rare these days. Thanks Elizabeth.

The dr listened to my concerns with their scheduling and made me feel things would be addressed. The hygienist was great as well. The office was very busy so the wait time to be seen wasnt ideal but hopefully with another dentist things will get better.
