        They book appointments for you and are always 30 mins or more late even when you show up 15 mins early or on time. This forces you to wait up to 45mins or more past your given scheduled appointment booked. I have no idea why they bother to book an appointment if they dont keep the time given. Being in healthcare myself sticking to time slots is critical and do not think its good business making patients/customer wait way over the times booked.
