      image Front desk was cordial and pre-appointment contact was just right. Kristin was competent, professional and knowledgeable. You could tell it was a busy day, but she was very upbeat and maintained my self esteem as a new patient. Dr. Wan was the consummate professional. His technical skills are unmatched. I went in with a relatively unique non-emergency situation and could not be more pleased the the outcome.
