0 stars if I could. The service with this company used to be awesome before it was changed over to Culligan recently. Now they deliver water when ever, there is no schedule. They are constantly bringing broken and leaking bottles to my house. The customer service leaves much to be desired. I have been with this company when it was just Red Rock for many years and now I am looking for a new provider because Culligan has made it so inconvenient for my family and our needs between the inconsistent deliveries, the broken bottles and poor service. I will not even get started with the billing. This company is a complete disaster would not recommend.

Called for a new service. Was given several different prices. Lady couldnt do math. Gave her all my info. Lady called a week after asking same questions on voicemail. I called back. Super rude. Asked me if I remembered why she called me. Water deluver

We used this company for many years under the previous, family ownership. They were fantastic. When they sold to Culligan we got a nice letter saying nothing would change. OMG out of all my vendors (we own an auto repair shop) they were the absolute worst hands down. They continue to send me six emails a month with my statement although we cancelled months ago. Cancelling was a nightmare and on the day they were to come pick up their empty bottles and close out their account they actually dropped off a double order. There is no hope for them. Complete incompetence from driver, customer service, accounting - everywhere. We hadnt received a delivery in weeks when we cancelled and after multiple phone calls to resolve billing issues i just decided to pay them the remaining $75 we had been fighting about to get them to go away. our new vendor is twice as expensive and i dont even care because RRW had gotten so bad. Shame on the new owners for destroying a fabulous long-term family business.
