Theres a girl that works here names Belen and she lied about the terms of when i bought a juicy couture perfume and she is ALWAYS rude. It was a buy a juicy couture perfume and get a tote for free and i got them. i came the other day to return the perfume and she said that i needed the free gift to return. weird they never ask me that before, so I went to another ulta and they accepted the return and said i didnt need to return the free gift. She LIED ABOUT returning a free gift, (possibly to keep for herself). Everytime i come in with my sister, she is EXTREMELY RUDE. Ive tried contacting cooperate and will continue to do so. Everytime i step into this store and shes there, its NEVER A GOOD DAY.

Use to love this store. But unfortunately, the employees are clueless and don't want to help anyone. The 3-4 times I have been there, I was told they didnt sell what I was looking for. I pulled it up on my phone to show them and had to find the items myself. Just sad what Ulta has become. Guess it is time to take my business to Sephora.

Couple things went haywire I am a rewards member, made a purchase 4/5/2023 why didnt the cashier take $3.50 off my $58.42 purchase in store? Coupon on Ulta site mention coupon. I have not been to Ulta for a bit but went in March and I received great service and help. Last night 4/5 I did not I was looking for a product Matrix brass there was no associate in the shampoo aisles so I asked a lady in the hair salon at the cash register ( no patron was at the cashier with her ) for help she loudly asked another associate to help me I was a little taken back why couldnt she help me and not another associate? The associate popped up from nail polish aisle walked over and pointed it out, I said I am sorry I walked right past it associate smiled and went back to nail polish. While looking at the Matrix shampoo I accidentally hit a Matrix bottle that landed on the ground making the lid bust off and liquid coming out I walked over to the nail girl/associate with broken bottle in hand to give to her I said Im sorry I hit the bottle off the shelf and it broke went to give to her she said You can take it to the front of the store and give to them. I said but Im still shopping and looking I was given a look that made me say so you want me take to front of store while Im still shopping ? The young lady gave a thats correct look. I was pretty upset. Shouldnt the lady have done that and ask if any liquid came out so no one slips. Time on receipt 7:14pm Store 203. Member number 2910148789881.
