        The guy at the counter had the rudest demeanor & horrible customer service. Won't be back, I'll go to Tractor Supply next time for a Grade 8 bolt & lock nut, but when you have a breakdown 1/2 mile away, we thought we'd try here. Next time I'll drive further!
