Today was my second visit to the Sparks store. I ordered a part via phone and it was a great experience. Each time I've called its been great. Keep in mind these guys are NOT in the retail stores. Once you make it in the store is where the fun begins. Totally rude girls at the cashier and the pick up counter. It's like an inconvenience that I was there!! I also watched the girls treat 2 other buying customers get treated like they were bothering the cashier. I've called to express my concern . Sounds like they are going to train her? What?? I am awaiting a call from someone who will probably patronize me. Well see. Not sure if I will ever step foot in the Sparks store again.

This location is an absolute joke. After Ive spent $100k in purchases I cant even have an order picked up by an authorized party. Maybe figure out how to run a business that retains customers.

Great price and friendly employees but it takes a while to pickup your parts because there's always a ton of people and they have to get them from a warehouse across the street
