Lincoln Garden Apartments

This is a great place to live! They keep it clean and quiet . The maintenance crew are amazing! I have had to call them for emergency help 3 times and they always show up in a good mood. When it snows, one of them come over to shovel the walkways and spread pet friendly salt. Sean, Jordan and Aiden are a great team! The office help are very helpful also.

This place has the harshest rental agreement with a no acception policy. God forbid you're in the hospital or out of town and aren't available to pay rent or something with your bank occurs because they will slap on a hard fee for each day and no, it does not matter to them one bit if it's your first offence. Not to mention getting a new letter harassing you EVERY day. The office staff couldnt care less about your situation, they are unfriendly and unwilling to work with you or show human kindness. Also, make sure you don't lose a parking pass because the .25 cent piece of plastic they give you to hang in your car will end up costing you a $50 fee. The amount of Greed is disgusting and for a near 1300 for a one a bedroom this place is not worth it. Parking is horrible with the constant anxiety of something happening to your vehicle in and out of their lot, the lots are also over run by homeless living in cars that know what times to show up and leave. And the towing is never enforced. My last day was 9/30 and unfortunately due to my health condition, I am unable to turn my keys in until today, 10/2, I am already out, the place was cleaned and locked but you best believe they're charging me for the first and the second as well. Pay a little more extra and find yourself another complex, I'd have left earlier but waited out the lease due to the horrific cost of breaking the lease. Disgusting.

This place is scary! Homeless people all over plus drug dealers always around. Management could careless about anything. Beware!
