They charged me $350 deposit. I paid off my whole bill of $200 to get my deposit back and they only gave me $75 back. That happened a few years back. Recently they shut off my water and put a 24 hour notice on the top of my fence where nobody would see it when they shut it off. There supposed to give a 48 hour notice.

Ladies in office were nice and helpful. It would be nice if the water and sewer bill was on one bill together. And we could pay online without a convenience fee. These two bills are the only bills I have to pay with a check.

This company attempts and does go over and under the locals and steals their water rights. They then turn around after the thefts and attempt to force the homeowners in the area to pay for the work and supply's required to expand the criminal empire found in the local government. Very shady, very illegal, known attacks on three to five locations known to me.
