I worked with Renee during a very difficult time, for me, during the pandemic. Daily life had become very hard. With the suggestion of a close family member to seek help, I found and began working with Renee. Her kind and gentle manner helped me feel understood and like I had a partner in dealing with my challenges. She was straightforward and firm at times, when needed, but always paired with kindness. She taught me many techniques to assist me and I'm very grateful for her assistance. Renee helped guide me to new helpful patterns of thought and action which continue to support me on a daily basis. We worked remotely via Zoom, and I always felt like I had her full attention and was receiving excellent care. I can only imagine that in-person would be equally great, if not better.
