    We have dealt with this company for a few years now, and it has been a challenge. We are set up on automatic refills, and there have been multiple occasions that our tank has been below 25% due to their lack of checking (they go off a computer system instead of physically checking the tanks or using an automatic reader device). Then, getting them out to fill a low tank has been like "pulling teeth" especially in the winter months. We have tolerated their mediocre customer service until today when we received a phone call about our monthly payment for our yearly pre-set buget plan. They want us to pay more money per month than is set in our plan as they are concerned that we will be in the negative at the end of the term. This was money grabbing as obvious as it comes, and as I informed the woman on the phone (and per the budget plan contract), we will not allow the yearly contract to end negative. As we pay on the contract monthly, we were offended and irritated by their blatant disregard of our current contract and loyalty. We are extremely pissed-off that we are even receiving a phone call about money, and it leads me to believe that this company is struggling financially. Next time you call, it better be an emergency! And, this is one loyal customer that may not stick with this company much longer!
