Capital Glass

Wish I would have went with another glass company for an urgent replacement on my residential front 6x6 foot window in winter. Placed the order and a 900$ deposit after being told it would only be 3-5 business days for the replacement on feb 16th. Called and asked the first week, again the second week (before a huge store is coming this weekend hoping to get a window in before the storm to keep my kids warm) and they said the installer would contact me, its been two days no contact, my windows already came in the mail to their business and still have heard nothing back! I honestly wish I went with another company who would have had more reliable service and consideration when it comes to a sense of urgency to keep a house warm for the babies. I will look other places in the future for residential windows.

oh, yea, we'll send a guy, finally came 2 weeks later, still never got the estimate I needed. Went elsewhere.
