        Do you love sauna? This place is amazing they have infared sauna workouts and cryotherapy. Super private sauna sessions with whatever workouts you desire.

        Awesome place for active recovery or just recovery! Everyone has something to gain by incorporating this into their routine. The owner is very friendly and hospitable, youll surely be in good hands with her. Going back for sure!

        I normally don't write reviews but I had to come on here and write one for Sweat Reno and Jamie. She was absolutely sweet, accommodating and I wish I wasn't only visiting and could come here on a consistent basis. Her variety of sauna workout options as well as cryotherapy and especially the cocoon pod are all amazing. She takes pride in her business and it shows. I must say too in these cold months there is nothing better than some time in the cocoon or the sauna, so needed before my long work days! Thank you Jamie :)

Whether it’s to lose weight, get in shape, supplement your regular workout routines, or if you are looking for a safe place to get a fresh start.! It’s very important for us to help you achieve your goals, while also taking great care of yourself. We have 3 large saunas and 2 small ones where you can easily work out to our virtual instructors. On top of that, these high temperatures help kill germs, bacteria and viruses.

      Yay! It was so much fun and such a beautiful day with a beautiful view! Watching all the kids play in the yard while watching football on the big screen made for the best day along with the carriage rides. Plus all the fun people there!:)
