        Went to the Northtowne location. Doors locked, said taking lunch 20-30 minutes. Didn't leave a time to know when they will be back. It's 10 to 5pm. They close in an hour. The guy went next door to Subway came back, and locked the door again. I will never buy at this location ever again. Who takes their lunch an hour before they close?

        Earlier this month I signed up to have a supplement delivered to me once a month. I was expecting to have money taken out of my bank account at or around the fifth of the month. It's the 26th and I unexpectedly had money taken out of my account and it put my bank account in the negative. I called the customer service number they gave to me and I got nowhere with them. Having money taken out of my account without warning is completely and totally unacceptable. The customer service rep did not cooperate with me at all and I was given no warning about this by the employee at the store. This is totally ridiculous.

        It's very rare you actually find someone in here.. I've gone a hand full of times in the last month trying to get some things I need employees are never there. Sign says open but employees won't be in there.. or they'll a out for 15 minute bathroom break sign on the door while they're on a hour lunch... place sucks. The one time I went in here and it was open the cashier was in subway , next door eating ,
