In total I had a good car buying experience, they were able to quickly get a couple test drives ready, efficient with paperwork, and were very responsive and helpful with fixing a couple small dings I noticed after the purchase. I'd buy form them again.

Don't buy from this place! They don't know what cars and trucks they are getting and don't actually do a fair mechanic's review of the vehicle. I got a truck from this place and am having to spend thousands rebuilding the front suspension. Look somewhere else.

They could easily do better. The staff is very unprofessional, walking around cussing and with clear attitudes. The truck I bought wasn't even properly maintenenced (Oil not changed, old oil filter, and the maintenence light was on), and came with tires too big to even take the truck offroading because they rub on the frame when going over bumps. When you have an issue, they will point fingers, telling you they can not help until you end up going in circles asking the original person you called for help. Just go to a different dealership. These guys will give you a headache and they seem like they do not care about you or your vehicle. I wish I went somewhere else. My first experience with a dealership and it has been terrible. I can say my deductible is fairly priced, and they did fix most of the issues that were present before I bought the vehicle for free. But that should be a given at any shop. So those two pro's do not outweigh all the con's.
