They will keep you busy until your no longer of use. Scott and Jaime in the office and horrible bosses and liars. They will reduce pay after each site is finished because its either take a paycut or be unemployed until you can find another job. Tradesman as a company is trash. I was let go after over a year and multiple sites just because they needed to keep contractor happy. Filled for unemployment and found of that that documented it as a voluntary quit. Have emails and texts proving otherwise. They had no understanding for sick time or personal needs. If your not at work the office people arent making money off you so they constantly threatened my job whenever Id request a day off.

Ive been working for this company for two years. I never had a problem with work and they have one of our own in the office now. Jaime and Scott are what a management team suppose to be like. I get good pay and Jaime stays on top of his game. Thank you guys for taking care of me and my family. Also Marcus has recruited some real good carpenters, he set me up with a real good team. Thanks to all of you.

If I could give zero I would. This company is not only un professional but the most disrespectful of all. They have no concern for they're employees. They allow they're staff to talk down to employees. Husband was late and was contacted with being late to work for kids being sick and me being the hospital was not an excuse and that is the "wife's job" and some more un satisfying comments. They may seem nice at first but they end up showing they're true colors. My husband walked off that job and spoke with the supervisor since he said to come in because he wanted to work it out. But only for the supervisor to pull everyone in the building to come in and make him out to be a liar. Then insisted to insult him. It's either you or the staff. No fair chance. I do NOT recommend this job to anyone especially someone with a family.

after a two week job was finished there was no more work its been two months and im still unemployed this is not a good company to work at if your a apprentice no communication no reply to email its just terrible
