        Absolute incompetence. They lied to me for a month while I sat waiting for my refund. Then when I complained to corporate office--I was hung up on. Had to go to another office and the IRS office to find out how to do their job!! Now after all that, I have to wait 9 more weeks to get my money!! This is especially hurtful as I am 66 years old and needed RENT MONEY. My mistake for trying Jackson Hewitt. They blame the IRS but that is not true. Another soon to be homeless veteran telling you BEWARE! Screwed by Jackson Hewitt and uncle SAM.
