      image Not a pleasant experience. I had so many questions and they never took the time to change my appointment to answer all of our questions. Lack of professionalism in this office. They get frustrated very easily and don't know how to solve the problems that can arise between a client and a business. I decided to take my tax papers to someone who was going to meet me in person and answer all my questions.
      The business seemed very greedy as long as I didn't lose the business, they never told me how long my taxes would take and I was waiting for almost a month. They did not give me the option to find someone who would attend me faster.
