Wow! Horrible customer service. I asked a quick question regarding Nevada's Community Property law and they refused to give me any tax information over the phone... Not a great way to get clients, I definitely won't be getting my taxes done there!

I tried calling for a tax adviser today, the man who answered the phone asked if I'm an existing client, I said no, since this was the first time I would have been using their services. Then he proceeds to say, "Sorry I don't think we can help you." What kind of service is that? He doesn't even ask any questions to understand the situation or even seem to care really. Edit: I was not looking for free advice, I was willing to pay for the services. The owner still doesnt even know what the situation is, but is rather assuming below.

Terrible customer service. Owner was very rude and was not helpful in anyway. The only question asked was if I was an existing client. I was expecting to pay for the service needed, but he goes on to say I was "just someone looking for free advice."
