Their cancellation/rescheduling policy is unforgiving in this new world of Covid, snowstorms, smoke, etc. Trying to get a refund/credit for anything is like pulling teeth. Teachers are fine but turnover is high because they hire mostly high school/college students. The thing that irks me the most is they schedule classes back to back which means you basically get skimped a few minutes as they are talking to the prior student's parents or walking students out, which wouldn't be a big deal if 30-minute lessons weren't $55-$60/hr. I recognize this is the going rate for private swim lessons in Reno, but other facilities/teachers are more flexible at least. Facilities are nice for a home business (hence the second star). Bottom line, the business model could be improved.

I cannot say enough about the owner, Elona and her staff! They are THE BEST out there! My kiddos learned to swim and be safe in and around water and I will forever be grateful.

Started bringing both our 4 month old and our 2.5 year old here to teach them how to swim. We were so impressed. It really feels like more of a community than an actual business. The set-up is very professional and well done, particularly the pool house where they have many amenities and a comfortable area to wait while your toddler does a swimming lesson. They have tons of toys and a very fun bubble machine to make potential sad kids happy and it sure does work. We will definitely be coming back!
