I returned some shoes last week and the girl who was blonde who works there she was very very nice and helpful too no clue what her name is but she was very nice so I recommend this store for some vans

This review is not from personally, but from my wife which she loves Vans. I went here with her a few times. Also, I told before here she has enough shoes from them.

Visited tonight 6pm with a $100 Vans gift card in my pocket, ready to shop. My husband and I were the only customers in the store during our entire visit. 3 salespeople were present, one young woman, two young men. My husband was greeted and the female salesperson brought him a couple pairs of shoes to try on, while I browsed elsewhere in the store. Right in the middle of trying on shoes, the female salesperson dropped everything to go join the two other salespeople behind the counter to engage in personal coversation. By this time I had shoes in hand that I wanted to try on, and was trying to catch the eye of a salesperson. Im not the type to call across a store for help. One male salesperson made direct eye contact with me before returning to the personal conversation. The female salesperson never did return to follow up with my husband who was in the middle of trying on shoes. Finally I thought one of the male salespeople was coming to help, but he walked by without stopping. I told him we were leaving because nobody would help and he did not respond at all. We'll try the Vans outlet instead. Its a little hectic but we've always had good service there.
