Herb is great. He helped me with out of state license courses and directed me to the right information in regards to obtaining fingerprints, testing and Division requirements. I highly recommend Avalon if you like personal customer service. Always available to help. It's refreshing to have actual people answer the phone and help you with questions. You're in good hand with Avalon.

Herb provided me with invaluable help, encouragement, and study materials, which enabled me to pass all of my exams the first time. He was very friendly, and always reliable when it came to answering any questions I had about the course material. Studying with Avalon allowed me to work under my own time-frames and expectations, which definitely played to my advantage, since I could go back and re-evaluate my own knowledge as much as I pleased.
I'd definitely suggest Avalon to any aspiring real estate agent.
