Very unprofessional company. Everything that happened with us our agent had not seen that before. Very disapointed in the service.contacted broker of record darrell plummer. He seemed to have not cared. My wife also tried to communicate with him.elizebeth grace should have had someone help her. She informed us she had never done a probate auction for a buyer. Should have been refered to a expiernced agent. I think she cost me 10 to 20 thousand. She was there but i had to repersent and bid on mybown. I have never done this before. That is why we hired her and there company. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THERE SESELVES AND COMMISSION I HOPE EVERYONE READS AND DONT LETVTHIS HAPPEN TO YOU GOD BLESS

From my first email to Laura, I asked many questions about the property such as the state well-drilling records, the county building department septic permit records, ability to build a home on the property and more. Laura immediately responded and answered some of the questions and let me know she reached out to the county to get answers to my questions. Laura also called me to let me know she sent me well-drilling info via email and was hunting down septic info. In less than a day, Laura responded with all the answers to my questions. Throughout the entire buying process, Laura was always available to talk, even on Sundays. She always responded quickly to my texts, emails and calls. Over the past 20 years, I've bought and sold property in various states, working with about five or six different agents total. By far, Laura is and was the best! I'm every impressed with her hard work ethic, researching, and follow-through. She's an ideal real estate agent, and she's very sweet to top it off. Thank you Laura!
