Poor communication and professionalism during application process. We spent $150 on our application, and expressed to them that there was urgency to finding out their decision on the application, for the home we applied for. Instead, they ignored our multiple emails and phone calls completely for over a week. I ended up having to call them to get, that home is no longer available for rent. So be weary applying for a home these crooks are managing.

I was a tenant with Welcome Home for 3 years. Lloyd & Albert were always responsive & concerned about my needs. Every time I had a service need, they handled it with urgency & efficiency. I highly recommend this rental company!

Lloyd Petersen and the crew over at Welcome Home have done a great job as our management company. We had a terrible experience prior to them that actually resulted in us losing the entire contents of our garage with no compensation so we were leery. They have exceeded our expectations!
