I highly recommend working with Cheryl Haines from CalNeva. She helped us purchase our first home here in Reno! (Cheryl was also the realtor for my parents home as well). I could not say enough good things about her professionalism, passion, care and effort that she puts forth to help you find the best home for you. Cheryl was constantly in communication with us and really did a fantastic job at helping us prepare for closing. She went above and beyond to help us in our first home purchase and made this somewhat overwhelming process so easy. She was our best advocate and also extremely knowledgeable on what to look for in your home - all the pros and cons and is just an honest genuine individual. CheCheryl is a one of a kind agent and I would highly recommend her!

We met Leslie strictly by chance and we are so happy we did. While on vacation in Truckee, we decided to look at property in Reno. Leslie was able to meet with us for a few hours on the same day. We liked what we saw, but wanted to do some more research. We coordinated with Leslie to come back a few weeks later. We saw 10+ properties and put an offer on one of them. The close was easy and uneventful. She is amazing, very organized and great at following up. She lets you know when things are due and offers to help in any way. She has lived in Reno for many years and has good area knowledge and many contacts. We continue to stay in touch with and she has helped us purchase 3 additional properties. She goes above and beyond. If you are looking for a realtor, we highly recommend Leslie.

To be clear I would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND CHERYL HAINES TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A REALTOR! We moved from NY to NV to be closer to our kids. So it was wonderful to have Cheryl Haines as our Realtor. We had a lot to learn about the real estate market on this coast and she was extremely patient and pleasant with us. We would literally decided to fly in to Reno at the last second, call her and she would accommodate our schedule. She replied to all of our texts, emails, calls immediately and made our closing very simple. Even after our closing she was extremely helpful since we were still in NY. She got a carpet cleaner for us. Let him in, closed up etc. (BTW Mark Regers was also a great carpet cleaner, and his price was great!) We really cant thank her enough for everything she did. I only wish there were more stars that we could give her.
