Slightly difficult to navigate to look at a specific home we wantedninfo about.

We purchased a home that had good water flow with 1 sink on but very low with 2nd on. I also notice that there was a water shut off T handle by the home on the first walk through but it was gone on the final walk through. 2 days after closing on the home I found the main valve and it was turned on maybe 10%. When I turned it on full water gushed out from under the slab portion of the house revealing a broken pipe. I was not too concerned because I feel it is comprehensive that a company would do the right thing. They did not do the right think. Further more they sent 2 people over to confirm the leak and the 2 stated the pipe broke because of the painting we were doing in the other end of the house caused the break. Long story short someone knew about the broken pipe. Nobody made it right. I rented equipment and repaired the water system.
