        Roy was very polite and explained in detail what his visit was going to consist of. He asked if I had any concerns or questions and was gladly able to assess my concern about a hole I thought would give rodents access. Roy made sure my concerns were addressed even explained what I was looking at and how it would work to keep rodents away. He even explained what pest control issues they handled and who I could contact if it was something different. Thanks Roy!
