        Scheduling- messed up twice Medical Assistant- couldn't find BP despite bruising me A.P.R.N- straight to the computer didn't look at me except to be rude "Can you not..." when I'm explaining I still have not seen an actual doctor from injury 7 mo ago. Repeated what previous PA said without actually looking at injury and sent me on my way. Two people in one day who absolutely did not want to even do their job.

        If you show up for your mask fitting 1 minute late to the appointment, they make you reschedule. However, they are 30+ minutes late to take you back for your fit test.

        Make more appointment times for night shift workers that have to come get there mask fit tests done:) 1045 is not a great time for a night shift worker

        Awfully run office. Phone rings twice and is sent to voicemail, and they dont call you back. I wonder whose paying them to not work these work injury cases
