We lived out of state and needed a good agent who would be able to work with us thru texts, emails, phone calls and Facetime. She took the time to understand why we wanted to move here, and even though we didn't really know what kind of house we were looking for or which area we wanted to move into, she was very patient and helped us to figure out what and where our perfect house would be. She visited numerous properties, took pictures and videos for us, and called often to get our feedback. She treated us like we were her only clients! After finding the perfect house, she kept in constant contact with us about what we needed to do and what to expect coming up. She helped us find different lenders who could help us with our unique financial situation, and she helped us understand and negotiate their various requirements so we could choose the right one for us. We wouldn't hesitate to recommended Dena! She is a kind, understanding, patient and caring agent who loves what she does and goes above and beyond to help her clients find the absolute right home for them. But she doesn't stop there! She helps guide them through the entire process until they get the keys in their hands, and beyond!

I honestly wish I could give Dena more stars!! She was an absolute sweetheart! Dena explained all the steps and everything we needed to know about our first time home buying. Being first time homebuyers she was patient and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and not being left in the shadows. I cannot recommend Dena enough! If youre looking for an honest and reliable realtor Dena is the one for you!

Dena is amazing! She helped my wife and I learn how to buy a home, and then went above and beyond finding our perfect home and helping us get it. We ended up on a bit of an adventure to get it, and Dena was right with us every step of the way. She was always available to answer questions, or just to chat and re-assure us, and when we finally did close she was out there doing the most to make sure everything went smoothly. Dena was absolutely amazing to work with, I cannot recommend her services highly enough.

What can we say? We love Dena! She helped my partner and I find an awesome place we are thrilled to call home. Unstable interest rates, the probate status of the sale, nor an unresponsive selling agent could deter Dena from getting us answers and taking the stress out of the entire home-buying process. It is evident that real estate is Dena's passion, and that she enjoys pairing buyers with a home they will be happy in for the long run. From the start, Dena took genuine interest in the qualities we wanted in a home, and took extensive care to find a match. As newbies, she pointed out anomalies during home tours that could potentially cause problems down the road, and helped us see the big picture. In other words, it was never "sales-y"; she wanted what was best for us and was determined to find us a home, even if it meant taking a few steps back and regrouping. When it came to closing, we had an extended period due to the probate nature of the property. Dena regularly checked in, updating us on the amazing things she was doing behind the scenes. We would look forward to her calls to put our minds at ease, and became friends along the way. After all was said and done, buying a home was a lot of work, but Dena knew when to buckle down and guide us on putting our best foot forward. That also meant celebrating the wins along the way!
