    I have great care providers through this office but the front desk staff is absolutely abysmal. They can never pull up my MyChart for check in or check out. I typically get shuffled around between the three front desk clerks until I end up back where I started because for some reason, they don't know my doctor? If I ever need to schedule follow up appointments they "can't help me" so I do it through the MyChart app. Any referrals are going to take at least 3 tries to be sent properly. I could go on for days about the issues I've encountered with specifically the front desk staff at this specific office. Also worth noting, it's not a universal Carson Tahoe issue because I have been to other offices with different specialties etc. and not had one single issue. Just be mindful if this office is where you are receiving care and know that MyChart will have to be your saving grace.

    I only give this place two stars because Dr Gordon is a cool and the nurses are nice as well but the front desk clerk and the rest of the staff is terrible!!!!! When is all of a sudden you have to get a damn appointment to get a lab work done. And the doctor requested too. I supposed to get a Colon screening done as well and I didn't receive anything!!!! Not even a kit!!!! Enough is enough and I'm DONE with this place!!! I'm calling my health insurance provider to make an appointment to see a New Primary care doctor right here in Reno, or i go to St Marys. Because that's where I stay. With this place nothing will never ever ever gets done. Get it together or shut this place down and FIRE every staff up in there including the front desk clerk!!!!!!! That's my review!!!!!

    It breaks my heart the way the front desk staff and billing of this establishment treat people. They're cold obviously they not care anything about you. During these really scary times they have the audacity to charge even more money for things that are unnecessary and code it anyway they choose and then hold you accountable. And the entire time they treat you as if you're trash. This is supposed to be the front line of Carson Tahoe Hospital and therefore my first impression of this hospital. I am so disappointed in the lack of humanity as well as any sort of decent customer service. Shameful. Don't go there they don't care about you.

    The doctors are great, the staff is zero.   Rude, they care less about you, never answers the phone, you have to go there to ask a question, they treat you arrogantly as why are you here?  I went there once around 1:30 pm and there was nobody upfront!  They all go to lunch at the same time.  I had to come back.  Screwed up my Cologuard test, did not submit the paperwork at all for one month until I found that out, etc.  Missed the rerults when I saw the MD.  What if I had a problem?  Why wait two months to get results while I could have waited less and saw the MD with the results.  I  AM GOING TO RENOWN, and I will change my MD and this is disheartening.  This is a very badly managed clinic, do not waste your money, THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS, OR CARE ABOUT PATIENTS.  I FEEL SORRY FOR THE MD'S.  I worked for the medical profession for a decade and I know what customer service is.  I am disgusted and basically rejected by this institution.
