The Postal Depot

I've been using The Postal Depot for several years and Kim and her staff are always super helpful and a pleasure to work with. It's great knowing that even when I'm out of town, everything is secure and taken care of. Highly recommend!

Is it possible to give 0 stars? Completely treated us like trash when we were attempting to mail my sons memorial cards to family out of state. Changed the price on multiple times before stating they dont accept cards for less than $5 told us she didnt care what we were sending that they couldnt do it and proceeded to point my mom out the door and say we could walk to the post office 7 minutes away as if we were trash and locked the door when I tried to come in to purchase $5 worth of stamps simply so she would send our cards.

Ive received my mail at The Postal Depot for 20 years! Best decision ever! Nothing delivered to my home. All packages safe and secure when received by The Postal Depot. Skip the PO Box! Been there, done that! Go to The Postal Depot! No regrets!

Kim (there are 2, but I've only really interacted with owner Kim) is such a wonderful person. She has been so helpful. Having a locked, secure access mailbox downtown has been incredibly helpful as I've lived across multiple places in Reno. The price is totally fair for the service. This place is a great asset to the community.
