        Called to speak about insurance and ask questions about our insurance, and got Heather's customer service agent that answers the phones and he knew nothing about anything we were asking and did not seem to be trained in the correct information and then after not being able to answer our questions and not listening to anything we had to say, we were clearly frustrated because it has to do with our finances. The agent then proceeded to accuse us of being rude, attacking him despite us just being frustrated at the situation, and then proceeded to report us to Heather. We did no such thing and do not deserve to get a phone call being yelled at and have Heather not listen to our side, and has now told us she doesn't want to work with us at all. Heather made no effort to show her intention to resolve the situation or show any empathy towards us. Very poor service. Would not recommend for your insurance needs or questions.
