Farmers Insurance - Todd Capdeville

The Farmers Insurance group with the Capdeville Family has been great. I have worked with the entire family i believe with my insurance. The ladies in the office Justine and Jamie make things easy as well. I don't understand Insurance and they explained everything before decisions were made and the deciwere the ones that were right for me, not the most expensive. They work with you to get YOUR best fit.

I was involved in an accident with one of Farmers insured. I called the only number on the card to file a claim and Jake answered the phone. I explained what I was calling for and he was extremely rude and short with me saying I needed to file a claim with the claims department. I explained this was the number on the card and asked why is was being so rude and short with me to me? I told him i needed the number for claims since he was unable to help me and after he tried me make me feel stupid for calling the office that the number was listed on the front of the card, he finally gave me the number. He was unprofessional, rude and not kind to a person that was just involved in a car accident. Once he gave me the number and I asked his name knowing I was going to file a complaint as he challenged me on every attempt to just do what people do when there involved in an accident. Im sure the agent/owner needs to hear this.
