        The Terrible and why i will NEVER stay here again: Dismissive manager Fr**k could use some training and some empathy when customers bring issues to his attention.. try a solution vs disregarding . Breakfast from the restaurant gave my party food poisoning with one currently in the Hospital! Party had the sausage .. english muffins and breakfast sandwich The Good: beds were comfy.. great location but food poisoning has me hating this place so to hell with it never again

        This hotel is not realistically part of the Hilton chain. The staff at the front desk are untrained and have no knowledge of Hilton Honors. If you expect Hilton's service, you should avoid this place. Although the rooms have been hastily updated by Hilton, they still retain the old-fashioned discomfort. The lounge on the 15th floor is a makeshift place made by renovating one or two rooms, and expecting normal lounge service will result in disappointment. I wouldn't stay here again. One advantage is that the valet and concierge services are friendly and well-trained.

        This hotel was very professional. Went there for my niece's wedding. Everything was great. The restaurant downstairs definitely recommended huge portions. Food was phenomenal, and the service was great. We will definitely recommend this place.

      Overlooking downtown Reno, our hotel is two blocks from the Truckee River Walk and the Reno Arch is right outside our doors. Stay close to the action - we're home to a 7,000 sq. ft. indoor bouldering park, record-breaking outdoor climbing wall, and Cargo Concert Hall. We also offer on-site dining at Cafe Whitney and over 20,000 sq. ft. of event space.
