    I would like to thank a courtesy clerk named Stephen! I am a handicapped senior citizen, and buy 24 packs of water frequently. I cannot lift heavy items, but Stephen is ALWAYS available and willing to help me. He not only puts them in the cart, but is also ready to assist me when I'm taking my items to the car. He is always friendly and truly gives GREAT customer service! Thank you!!!

    While the store itself is clean and stocked the delivery/pickup is an unmitigated nightmare. If you read other reviews you'll see the pattern of bad pickups/delivery is common, and management is clearly to blame. Every single delivery order placed in the last ten months has been such a mess, with such bad service, that I am finally cancelling Freshpass. The store does not shop items at all, or put in effort to find substitutions. I have literally had half of entire orders not shopped and no effort put into finding items such as apples or chicken breasts or cereal. Really? You're telling me that ENTIRE store doesn't have *any* of those basic items at all? It has been so bad I have spoken to staff and management at the store, assuming that maybe it was just new employees or a training issue, event walmart is not this bad, but still the laziness and rudeness continue. Out of frustration I have gone to the store same day after the delivery and found EVERY SINGLE ITEM VERY MUCH IN STOCK that they failed to shop. They don't just ignore the substitutions or notes, they fully just choose to not shop items at all. Today is the last straw. Like I said, I am cancelling FreshPass, and I am done with this store. This day in age when jobs are hard to come by and tons of great folks need work I cannot believe this store chooses to continue to employ such ghastly management and staff.

    My wife and I had a pretty awful experience with the pharmacy, Friday 02/9/24. specifically one girl who had a miserable attitude and was very rude, I believe her name was Suzanne, but judging by how she talked to me and my wife, i'm sure the staff knows exactly who I am referring to. To start she was very poor at explaining the third-party issue to my wife about the hold up with her prescription, and then was condescending about us not being able to afford the prescription anyways. So my wife got me involved as I have worked as a pharmacy tech as a senior pharmacy tech for 12 years. I get the stress of the job and the workload but I worked for a MUCH busier store that processed over 600 scripts a day, and I would NEVER speak to a patient the way this woman did. When I tried to get more information and ask some additional stuff that only pharmacy staff people would know what I'm talking about, she just very rudely told me she would not do what I asked (checking ready bins for a cashed out prescription,) saying that "that wouldn't happen unless somebody wasnt doing their job!" and I asked if she could still do me a solid and just double check for me because we were told earlier that the medication was in stock (and were now being told it was not) and she just very loudly and rudely proclaimed "WE DON'T HAVE IT!". This was all for a inhaler my wife requires to help her breathe by the way. There is no excuse for the way she handled this, and I can assure you if she is so triggered and rude by a single easy request, I'm sure other patients have been verbally abused by this woman as well. As a fellow pharmacy tech, she should be absolutely ashamed of herself, and is not fit for healthcare at all and patient care in any sense of the word. I'm 34 years old, and this is the very first time Ive felt the need to complain to the manager, as well as write a review. That alone should say plenty about our experience. 0/10
