I'm really sad to hear the news about Joanne's struggles. I have just begun my love of sewing and have fallen in love with it very quickly. I hope things work out that Joanne's gets to stay open. Finds a way to incorporate another wonderful hobby or better advertising or whatever it takes Joanne's please stay open!!!!!

Terrible customer service, attempted to ask a question about finding a product, the lady ignored me and walked away, then I heard her saying that person can go somewhere else. I am hispanic, so I will never go there again. I don't tolerate racism or discrimination. Hire better employees and now the world knows about this experience.

They close the lanes that people pacifically come in for, because theyre stocking them isnt that why ? at least move the the boxes so that customers can get into the aisle I dont understand but its OK , lost sales for them.
