I will no longer go to this store. Employees have AirPods in ( all the time ) and are talking on the phone in a foreign language. They do not acknowledge you or your purchase. Store is filthy. I go 2 miles out of my way to go to Maverick because this place is so bad.

The cashier was on the phone I believe, I hope, but was yelling in a foreign language the whole duration of my perusal through the store. Then I went to the counter and he came over to help me. He rang up my 2 cold monster energy drinks and walked away to the side of the counter by the hot food. I couldn't quite see what he was doing but I heard bags rustling and assumed he ran out of bags by the register and was grabbing more. I assumed wrong. After standing there another almost 5 minutes while I started this review, and then grabbed my 2 cold drinks (FYI its 3:35AM so it's not hot outside, it's 56 so not freezing but a bit chilly and my hand were freezing!) As I walked out I hollered "Thanks for the bag." I didn't care to bother to hear if he responded or not. All in all the in-store experience at this 7-11 was awkward and the Cashier was rude and not very good at customer service. whoever worked tonight needs a talkin' to from his boss and a few classes in customer service. (*Also* When I started this review I was going to give 3 stars, but changed it to 1 by the end after leaving the store.)
