DO NOT HIREI trusted Mr Burrows for my bathroom remodel, removal of my carpet and place vinyl flooring. I also asked him to remove the faux paneling in a bedroom. I was going to have him paint then my nephews said they would paint. I asked him not to paint before he started, I am a disabled senior that needed the tub (1bath home) removed and a bench added to shower area. I let him know that the bathroom was my priority. He kept telling me "it was all a process" It appeared that the bathroom wasn't a priority for him. In fact he asked me if I still needed a shower bench. I reminded him with my disabilities I needed the bench because I couldn't stand in the shower. He never spent more than 4 hours a day working on my remodel. $14,000 later and 3 weeks I had no flooring, no shower. and a wooden bench that was screwed less than an inch into the sheetrock.  I couldn't trust him to do anymore to my house. When I found a contractor that was willing to take on the project. Yes he was willing to work with Mr Burrows. Maybe help teach him the right way to do things. Mr Burrows wouldn't meet with my contractor. Mr Burrows also claimed he spent ALL my deposit. I calculated he worked 30-40 hrs at my house.The picture is of his wooden bench. Yes the shower tub ends before the bench. This would allow the water to run onto the bathroom floor.I can not recommend Mr Burrows. He did have an anger in the tone of his voice when I questioned him. I had to buy cords for my computer (they were missing after he moved my comp desk"  I am still looking for my CO detector that was purchased new in November.  he painted over light switches, outlets "they were outdated & cheap" I have paint on my wood ceiling, and brown doors. I guess they will be white doors now, I had to ask him NOT to paint several times. especially after he decided to paint before taping things off or spackling holes. He claimed he would do that after the first or second coat of paint.

I've been looking for a handyman. Now 74 I used to do everything myself so I was looking for someone who knew which end of the hammer was the handle, Burrows DOES! My criteria is he knows many areas work someone might need, flooring, sheetrock, electrical, cabinets, sprinklers, etc. A general handyman is who I was seeking, Mr. Burrows fills my requirements.
