Sierra Express Car Wash

Had a bad first-time experience here: Paid $30 for full service, went through the wash and then what? No signs, no arrows on the roadway, no employee to assist just me and three other drivers sitting in our dripping cars for too long. I left and now will have to figure-out what I was supposed to do before I ever return.

Worst experience ever! Definitely not worth all the money I paid to get my car detail clean...I could've done a better job myself! Never going back to this place (the one in Mc Carran- Reno). Service: Auto detailing

I choose this place because my company uses it and is convenient distance to our office. I gave 2 stars because the interactions with the employees was not horrible. I will say the direction given could have been much better. Now to the unfortunate part. I paid for a full detail carpets and all. I have a black vehicle which is not the easiest to keep looking spotless but after paying almost $200 I expect them to actually detail the car. Every spot they wiped is completely sticky to the touch and has streaks everywhere. The outside of the vehicle now has product smear all over around the trim up onto the paint so you can tell that the wash did not do the job either. Cup holders were not clean when I got my car back. I am extremely disappointed in the service especially the amount that I paid to have it done. I will not be returning here for any future personal business. I think it is time to look for an alternative route for our company as well. Service: Auto detailing
